Reference Admin




   
  Prints the current list\grid using the RBS List Print Dialog
 
Displays the ADD Detail Screen for the selected type (e.g. Department, Project Type, Referral Source, etc.)
  Displays the EDIT Detail Screen for the selected type (e.g. Department, Project Type, Referral Source, etc.)
  Displays the DELETE Detail Screen for the selected type (e.g. Department, Project Type, Referral Source, etc.)
  Copy the selected record as a NEW record.
   Makes all selected record(s) ACTIVE  (only records marked in the Status column will be affected) .
  Makes all selected record(s) INACTIVE  (only records marked in the Status column will be affected) . 
  Select\Set all the Status Checkboxes (last column of list used to selected records to be included when setting records to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status). 
   Clears all the Status Checkboxes (last column of list used to selected records to be included when setting records to ACTIVE or INACTIVE status).
   Exports the current list\grid using the RBS List Export Dialog.
   
  Displays the Internal Record ID for each record.
   
  Select the rows to be included in the bulk action (i.e. SET ACTIVE or SET INACTIVE).

The SELECT ALL button will set all the Checkboxes as selected.

THE CLEAR ALL button will clear all the Checkboxes.
